this is saai Elites son i have a Compaq Presario CQ5826 Desktop PC for Christmas will this run black ops ?

It depends on the cpu and video card. Once you find out what you have let us know and we can go from there or just take your dad's PC and play it ,LMAO...

When I Google the pc model you have posted and it comes up as a AMD Athlon II 260 and on board integrated graphics. The cpu will work but you will need a video card if what I seen as the specs are correct.
Green = should be good
Red = you need at least what is listed.
For Black Ops you need this or a little better.
PC MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
• OS: Windows XP, Vista, 7
• CPU: Core 2 Duo E6600 or AMD Phenom X3 8750 or better
• RAM: 2GB
• HDD: 12GB of free space
• VIDEO: Sharder 3.0 or better; 256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT DirectX 9.0c or better
• SOUND: DirectX 9.0c-compatible
• DirectX: 9.0c
